Q: How do I get The Cocktail Card?

A: You can purchase a card directly from our site. Simply hit the Sign Up Now button on the home page or click here.

Q: How much is The Cocktail Card ?

A: The Cocktail Card is £39.99 per person for a one year membership.

Q: How long will my card take to be delivered? 

A: Cards are dispatched Monday to Friday and will normally take between 5 to 7 days to be dispatched.

Q: Where can I use The Cocktail Card ?

A: You can use The Cocktail Card with any of our partner venues listed on our website (click here to view them) or where you see The Cocktail Card Partner Logo in the venue entrance, simply show your card when ordering your cocktails to redeem your discount (some venues may ask for proof of I.D)

Q: When is the Cocktail Card valid?

A: Most venues will offer you the availability to use your card Sunday – Thursday, however please check their profile page on our website here, for further info.

Q: Can I use The Cocktail Card more than once, per visit?

A: Yes! Please note that one card entitles two people to buy one get one free, or 241 on cocktails.

Q: I’ve lost my card, what do I do?

A: If you have lost your card, you can contact us directly to request a new one to be sent. Please e-mail admin@thecocktailcard.co.uk

Q: Does my card expire?

A: Cocktail Card memberships are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. If you choose not to renew your membership, you have to give us 14 days notice prior to your renewal date to discontinue your membership, otherwise your membership will be automatically renewed.
