16 Feb Cocktails for pancakes, anyone?

We love an excuse to try out new cocktails and as 17th February is Pancake Day, we’ve been on the lookout for some recipes that will make the perfect accompaniment to your pancakes.

Strawberries and maple syrup

This classic pancake topping has the perfect partner with the Maestro Cocktail, made with vodka, Crème de Fraise, Balsamic vinegar, Maple Syrup and Lemon juice. You get the full recipe at cocktailtube.

If you fancy going bananas with your pancakes, save some banana for your drink. Why not mix up a Banoffee Martini. You’ll also need, vodka (vanilla infused works best), butterscotch liqueur, Crème de Banane and male syrup. Get the full recipe here.
Pancake cocktail

You’ll need, pancake powder mix, dark run, sugar syrup, and milk. Tossing it is not recommended though – stick with a cocktail shaker!
